Accounts and Support Administrator

This is a role that will offer variety in a dual position that will see you provide accounts administrative support and then assist the engineering manager with the preparation and presentation of tenders/presentations to exisiting and potential customers. My client is a very successful small engineering firm that offer specialised automated solutions to global clients world wide. This is a newly create position that is pinnacle to support the future growth of the company. Hours are 8.30-5.30 Monday to Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday.
Duties and deliverables:
Providing accounts admin support such as processing invoices, accounts payable/receivable and some credit control.
Working closely with the engineering manager and leadership team in preparing presentations, follow up communications, trade show preparation, travel arrangements, high level support admin.
In order to meet the requirements of this role we are looking for the following;
Accounting Technician Qualification with some level of experience in an accounting package, QuickBooks preferred.
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft projects, excel and office packages.
A person with a high level of attention to detail
A technical aptitude would be beneficial
PA type experience
3-5 years experience in a similar role.
