Are you a strong Accounts Administrator with Sage 50 and Quickpay experience?

Our client, a Tipperary Town based educational institution is currently looking to recruit an "Accounts Secretary" with an immediate start!

This is a full-time contract position until June 2020, you will be working from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. The is a pivotal role which requires you to be organised with strong communication and IT skills.

The Role:

  • Point of contact for all front of house reception and administration duties
  • Responsible for all accounting duties, Revenue (RTC &VAT) with the ability to use Sage 50 or similar
  • Ability to run payroll for a small number of people-experience using Quickpay or similar
  • Responsibility for all On-Line banking and general money management
  • Strong system and IT experience update internal and required database systems etc.
  • Reception duties
  • Ad hoc duties

The Candidate:

  • Strong and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible and well organised
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent accounts experience and ability
  • Must have exceptional computer skills.

  • Be flexible and well organised
  • Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
