Accounts Administrator

Job Overview

Our client based in East Galway City is seeking to hire a skilled Accounts Administrator. You will have full responsibility for the AR and AP function as well as handling all debt collections required.


Reporting directly to the Financial Controller - you will be their right-hand person.

Key areas covered
Accounts Receivable and Payable
Bank Reconciliations, Cost Allocations
Debt Collections
Ad-hoc report production for Finance Controller


Requirements
18 months relevant experience
IATI Qualified - Desired
Good understanding of cost allocation
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel skills.
Experience with Sage 50 would be an advantage
