Accounts Administrator

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a strong and skilled accounts administrator to join their established team in Galway. This is a permanent full-time position with a company that is a leader in its field and going through a very exciting expansion.

You will have 12-months experience working in a busy accounts environment with an ambition to develop a career within accounts and ideally be fluent in German.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:
Accurate data inputting into appropriate financial systems
General finance administration including:
Invoice processing
Creditor, bank and nominal ledger reconciliations
Weekly and monthly financial reporting
Financial Data Analysis / KPI Reporting
Any other ad hoc assignments as assigned by management

Relevant third level qualification
Previous experience in an 'Accounts' environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficient in full Microsoft package, especially Excel
SAP experience an advantage
Proficient German would be a distinct advantage
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
Be highly numerate and process focused
