On behalf of a leading Agri Organisation, FRS Recruitment is happy to invite you to apply for the role of Accounts Administrator.

Supporting the financial function of the company, you will have demonstrated previous experience in an account's admin roles.

Location: Cork City

Contract: Full Time - Perm (Mon - Fri, office hours)

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Salary: 28,000 DOE

Responsibilities

  • Bank and supplier Reconciliations
  • Cash till reconciliations
  • Processing Invoices and credit notes
  • General filing
  • Expense analysis
  • Provide general administrative support when required
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Ad hoc queries
  • Assist in year-end stock take

Candidate

  • Well organised and proactive individual who
  • A strong team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
  • Previous experience in accounts Admin 1 - 2 years
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and willing to work to deadlines
  • Proficient with excel
