Key Deliverables:
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Maintain availability, security, and performance of Windows Server (on-prem & Azure).
- Patch, monitor, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Identity & Microsoft 365 Services
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and access controls.
- Support Exchange Online: mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow, and security.
Azure & Security
- Administer Azure VMs, IAM, networking, and resources.
- Manage SSL certificates and implement cybersecurity controls.
Virtualization & Endpoints
- Support VMware/Hyper-V environments.
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop images via Intune/ManageEngine.
User Support & Operations
- Resolve escalated service desk requests.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and system documentation.
- Provide reporting and contribute to infrastructure upgrades/projects.
Key Experience/Competencies/Skillsets:
Strong technical expertise in:
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID
- SSL certificate management, Virtualisation platforms (Hyper-V), and cloud backup solutions
- Cybersecurity best practices, desktop image deployment, and network/firewall fundamentals
Proven ability to:
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide structured user/vendor support via an internal service desk
- Maintain clear documentation and apply strong attention to detail
