We are seeking qualified Welder Fabricators / Fitters for a North Kerry based manufacturing client. The client is going through a period of expansion and are seeking suitably qualified Welder Fabricators / Fitters to work mainly on milk tanks.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Performing all welding tasks using TIG and MIG.
• Welding and fabrication of various stainless steel Milk Silos and Milk Tanks.
• Experience in Oxy settings, Plasma cutting and the ability to use rollers.
• Knowledge of polishing and grinding essential
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings
• Ensure that all work is carried out in line with company safety practices and procedures to the highest possible standard
• Perform other duties as directed by management

Requirements:
• Qualified Time Served as Fabricator.
• 4 years' experience in fabrication with TIG and MIG welding
• Good work ethic with a flexible approach to work
• Critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working at heights, Confined Spaces & Abrasive Wheels certification an advantage

The client may require successful candidates to undertake an internal weld test. They are also willing to get work permits for suitable qualified Fabricators.

Competitive salary with overtime and 24.50 days holidays is on offer.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 16:30 pm.
