Warehouse & Dispatch Operative – Ballincollig
€16.80 - €19.20 Per Hour | Full-Time | Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid forklift licence and a sharp eye for detail? Our client, a leading name in the FMCG production sector, is looking for a hands-on and reliable professional to join their warehouse and dispatch team in Cork.
This active role involves picking and assembling orders, preparing goods for dispatch (including chilled and frozen products), coordinating with carriers, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. What You’ll Be Doing:

Picking and assembling customer orders from production

Handling documentation and dispatch paperwork

Processing invoices using internal systems

Palletising and labelling goods for dispatch

Coordinating pick-ups with external carriers

Driving a forklift (must have min 3 years proven experience driving forklift and PPT)

Communicating closely with the production and logistics teams

Keeping the warehouse organised and clean

Supporting late collections when required (up to 8pm occasionally)
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or logistics role

Valid forklift licence and solid forklift experience

Ability to work independently and manage workload

Comfortable using Excel and basic internal systems

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Punctual, reliable, and willing to be flexible
