Operations & Logistics Manager – Warehouse

€50,000 - €60,000 DOE + Pension + Expenses
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm (flexibility required)
An established and growing international business in the building materials sector is seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations in Dublin. The business has a strong presence in Dublin with customers across Ireland, and is known for its strong culture and supportive leadership.
This is a key leadership role with scope to drive positive change and implement new processes as the business continues its transformation and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across a small warehouse team and yard locations

Manage and support a team of 3 experienced forklift drivers

Implement and drive process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency

Source and roll out a robust stock control system

Ensure safe storage and handling of large, heavy units and oversized products

Coordinate incoming shipments and optimise space usage across all sites

Manage company fleet logistics and ensure efficient use of vehicles

Order and manage warehouse materials and supplies

Produce reports and monitor KPIs including inventory levels and delivery timelines

Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations

Collaborate with senior management and other departments to streamline operations
About You:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role

Comfortable working in a fast-changing, developing warehouse environment

Strong leadership and people management skills
-
Solutions-focused with a hands-on approach

Excellent organisational and communication skills
-
Experienced in managing heavy or oversized product movements is a plus
-
A self-starter who can take ownership and drive continuous improvement
