What You’ll Do:
✅ Assess travel insurance claims and provide fair outcomes.
✅ Communicate claim decisions clearly to customers.
✅ Investigate potential fraud and recovery avenues.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service & policy advice.
✅ Work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team.
Role Requirements:
✔ APA Qualification (a must!)
✔ 1+ year of claims experience (preferred)
✔ Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication & organisational abilities
✔ Knowledge of insurance principles & regulations (advantageous)
