Job Title:
Relationship Manager – Global Capital Markets (GCM)
Overview:
We are seeking a Relationship Manager with strong, hands-on experience across corporate services, particularly within Owner Trustee structures. This role requires a proven track record in SPV onboarding and trustee administration, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day account operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of GCM accounts with a strong focus on Owner Trustee services
- Lead SPV and trustee onboarding, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
- Act as primary contact for clients, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders
- Review legal documentation and coordinate transaction closings
- Maintain high service standards while ensuring risk and audit requirements are met
- Identify and support new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in corporate services with a focus on SPV and trustee onboarding
- Strong understanding of owner trustee structures and related regulatory frameworks
- Ability to review and interpret legal documents
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational capabilities
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- Experience in a trustee, fund administration, or financial services environment
This role is permanent, hybrid working and based in Dublin.
