You’ll help minimise downtime, improve tooling reliability, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site.
What You’ll Do

- Ensure tools meet quality standards and production deadlines.
- Provide technical support to production and engineering teams.
- Mentor apprentices and junior staff, promoting skills development.
- Maintain tooling records, contribute to new project launches and trials.
- Uphold safety, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven toolmaking background—ideally within injection moulding.
- Skilled in CNC and manual machining, with knowledge of hot/cold runner systems.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Confident problem-solver, organised, and proactive.
- Completed Toolmaking or Engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent).
- FLT licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in lean or 5S environments a plus.
Why Join
- Supportive, close-knit engineering team.
- Market-competitive pay and benefits package.
- Regular training and clear development opportunities.
- Varied work across tooling, automation, and process improvement projects.
Shift: Monday–Friday, day shift.
