Key Responsibilities:

- Maximise sales and profit, providing technical solutions to customer challenges.
- Identify and develop new prospects to grow your market share.
- Conduct branch reviews, manage project pipelines, and report trends.
- Represent the business at trade shows and marketing events.
- Stay ahead of market and competitor activity to drive growth.
About You:
- Proven experience in construction industry solution selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage at all levels.
- Strong commercial awareness, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Eligible to work in ROI with a full clean driving licence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
