Territory Sales Representative - Leinster
We are currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Representative role with a leading manufacturer and supplier within the construction products industry, specialising in drainage, piping, and M&E solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong account management and B2B sales experience in the construction sector who is looking to grow with an innovative and well-established organisation.
Role Highlights:

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing merchant and contractor accounts

Develop new business through strategic targeting and project pipeline development

Deliver technical sales support and product solutions across your territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and specifiers

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Represent the full product range at trade events, branch reviews, and training sessions
Candidate Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the construction industry, ideally with technical/solution-based selling

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in ROI
Desirable:

Knowledge of drainage and piping systems or M&E-related product ranges

Familiarity with discount structures and promotional strategies

Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction
