I am looking to urgently recruit for a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator based on site in Cork City.
This is for cover starting on Monday 14th July to Tuesday 22nd July.
You would require strong administration and organisational skills and will receive a full handover prior to starting the role.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Hourly pay: €16.00 per hour
Duration: Monday 14th July to Tuesday 22nd July
Location: Cork City
Duties
- Carry out workplace checklists in the building
- Liaise with other staff members on site
- Highlight any issues with general office items such as desks, printers, meeting rooms, canteen, washrooms
- Head Counts
- Logging any issues with support teams.
- Front of House Cover
- Answering Calls, Emails, Postal and Deliveries.
