We are looking for a Part-Time Temporary Administrator to join our client's team in Malahide on a 10-month contract.

This is a Part-Time position for 3 days per week.

It is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a supportive and professional office environment.

Key Details

  • Start Date: 22nd September

  • Duration: 10 months

  • Schedule: 3 days per week (on-site)

    • One of the working days must be a Wednesday

  • Rate: €16 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry

  • Support scheduling, coordination of meetings, and document preparation

  • Assist with software tools, including floorplan management systems

  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills

  • Experience using Adobe Sign (or similar platforms)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and task prioritisation skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good IT knowledge and ability to quickly learn new software

  • Additional language skills are an advantage
