Administrator
Due to continued growth my client based in Ennis, Co.Clare are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This purpose of this role is to support the the Office Manager, assisting with day to day tasks and providing administrative support to the team of Assessors.
Duties:
- Diary Management - Booking in and organising surveys
- Handle general administrative tasks, including, telephone call handling, data entry, document preparation, filing and email management
- Support job planning and co-ordination
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Invoice preparation and management
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Willing to learn new skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
