Monday – Friday Temp Social Care Worker - North Dublin - €40k - €55k DOE
FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Care Worker to join a leading mental health and intellectual disability service. It supports individual's who experience mental health difficulties to live their lives based on their own personal goals. They offer a range of supports to enable each person to live a healthier, fulfilling and more independent life. The service's mission is to assist the individuals in the programme to be more involved in their community and develop their skills for their own independence.
In your new role you will:
- Support the service users you are working with in their day – to – day activities.
- Encourage them to live as independently as possible and to engage in meaningful activities.
- Build a positive relationship with both the service users and staff team.
- Ensure compliance is in line with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- All other tasks as outlines by your manager.
To be a successful candidate you will have:
- A minimum QQI Level 7 in Social Care and started registration with CORU.
- Minimum 1 year's experience working with adults with complex needs.
- The ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- A calm, empathetic approach.
