My client, a leading professional services firm based in Cork, Dublin, Galway and Limerick, are looking to hire a Tax Director for their Tax Advisory Services division.
Key responsibilities
- Work on a varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop and manage your own portfolio.
- Be part of a dedicated team focused on employment taxes and global mobility.
- Show tax technical expertise in the areas of employment taxes and global mobility.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business developments initiatives.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members.
Ideal candidate
- You are CTA qualified.
- You have a strong academic background;
- Have strong technical skills and detailed knowledge of employment taxes, global mobility and social security matters in Ireland.
- A good communicator with demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team.
- You have experience of reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees and associated applications (e.g. A1 and Certs of Coverage applications, SARP, etc.).
- You have worked in a tax team with client facing experience.
- You are organised, a self-starter and an enthusiastic team player.
- You can work efficiently to deadlines and encourage others to do the same.
- You are driven, ambitious and passionate about continuous personal and professional development.
