Our client, a leading food production company based in West Cork, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join their busy Supply Chain team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering excellent career opportunities to work with a leading supplier of high-quality seafood products for both Irish and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business objectives and drive cost savings
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and finished products
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of products are available to meet demand
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues and bottlenecks
- Conduct data analysis and use metrics to track supply chain performance
- Implement and manage supply chain systems and tools to streamline processes
- Communicate supply chain performance and initiatives to stakeholders, including senior management
- Contribute to ongoing supply chain improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners
- Proficient in supply chain systems and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
