My client, an iconic Irish Public Service Organisation, is in need of a Supply Chain Project Consultant to join their Organisation based in Dublin City Centre

This role is for a Supply Chain Project Expert who will drive change in the organisation, implementing new processes, optimise operations across the business and help to put into action sustainable processes in their growing and evolving company.

This is a permanent role with my client with an excellent remuneration and benefits package for the right candidate and opportunities for further training and career development.

The duties for the Supply Chain Project Consultant include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement a best-in-class Supply Chain and Stock Management process that supports both current operations and future growth.
  • Establish governance structures and ensure clear ownership across workflows and product management.
  • Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver operational and financial efficiency.
  • Redesign and map complex workflows; produce clear, actionable process guides for teams.
  • Monitor adherence to processes, resolve escalations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyse performance using KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive success.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to achieve shared goals and foster a culture of performance and accountability.

The desired Supply Chain Project Consultant will fulfil the below requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex supply chain or stock management processes, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong project management experience and a track record of leading change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative, effective solutions.
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
