Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and forecast demand to develop accurate production and procurement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans with customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through monitoring and regular audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolution of discrepancies.
- Create production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing factories for timely execution.
- Streamline supply chain processes by collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Track and communicate delivery schedules and potential disruptions.
- Gather and analyze planning, inventory, and production performance data.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement best practices and contribute to supply chain optimization projects.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, production scheduling, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in using planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
