My Client, a well-established technology manufacturer based on the outskirts of Cork city is in need of a Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator to join their busy and growing Supply Chain team.

The Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations across planning, inventory, finance, logistics, and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in demand planning, inventory management and end to end supply chain services to broaden their skills in a cross-functional supply chain and operations role.

The duties for the Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator include :

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Support production scheduling, procurement planning, and ERP data management.
  • Raise and track purchase orders, monitor supplier delivery performance, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with finance.
  • Maintain ERP master data, ensuring product, technical, and commercial information is accurate.
  • Monitor customer orders, support quality tracking, and assist with audits and compliance.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across departments.

Requirements for the Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator:

  • Qualified in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experienced in inventory management, planning, or supply chain coordination within manufacturing or technology environments.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and reporting tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and functions.
