About the Role
An established pharmacy group is seeking experienced Supervising Pharmacists to join its expanding network of community pharmacies across Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dispensary team while delivering outstanding patient care in a well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of prescriptions in line with PSI and legal requirements.

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the dispensary, including stock management, end-of-month claims, and reporting.

Provide expert advice on medicines, health, and wellbeing to customers and the wider community.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve service and business goals.

Maintain and promote professional standards, customer service excellence, and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Requirements

PSI Registration(Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland) as a Supervising Pharmacist (or eligibility to register).

Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience in a community pharmacy setting (as per PSI supervising requirements).

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
