Our client, a busy and well-established pharmacy in Dublin, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to lead their dispensary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills to step into a senior role with long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services in compliance with PSI regulations
• Lead, mentor and support the dispensary team
• Provide excellent patient care and professional advice
• Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy including stock control and administration
• Drive professional standards and ensure best practice at all times
Requirements:
• Must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong clinical and organisational ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
