€36,972.88 plus 25% shift allowance when covering shifts
We are currently recruiting for a Stores Technician based in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This is a permanent position reporting to the Stores Supervisor, with full training provided. The successful candidate will support the Stores team across all aspects of operations.
Working Hours
This is a day shift role. However, it also includes providing cover for team members during sickness or other absences, as required.
Normal working day hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm (early finish)
Shift cover hours could include:

7:00am – 3:00pm
-
12:00pm – 8:00pm
-
7:00pm – 3:00am
Key Responsibilities
-
Receiving goods inwards
-
Stock and cycle counting
-
Supporting day-to-day Stores operations
-
Delivering agreed metrics for site benchmarking

Handling customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreements

Assisting with engineering queries and liaising with vendors

Performing other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile
-
Knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs and their application to inventory functions desirable

Experience with systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Maximo an advantage but not essential

Fully computer literate with strong attention to detail (MS Excel and Word advantageous)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Fluent in English (essential)

Adaptable, flexible, with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Confident dealing with clients, vendors, and engineering queries

Knowledge of engineering parts is an advantage
