Key Responsibilities
-  Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team to drive business success. 
-  Ensure outstanding customer experiences and maintain store service standards. 
-  Monitor and control staff costs, productivity, inventory, and operational expenses. 
-  Oversee stock rotation, freshness, and quality checks. 
-  Maintain company procedures, merchandising standards, and store presentation. 
Requirements
-  Leaving Certificate or equivalent 
-  2+ years of management experience 
-  Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 
-  Able to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to new situations 
-  Full driving licence
