The Store Manager leads all aspects of retail operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fresh, high-quality food, this role drives performance by managing people, processes, and operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, scheduling, and compliance with health, safety, security, and GDPR standards.

Collaborate with the Regional Store Manager to set, track, and achieve sales, profit, waste reduction, and other KPI targets.

Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development to ensure staff meet company standards and best practices.

Drive sales performance by motivating staff to upsell, identify opportunities, and maintain strong merchandising and presentation standards.

Foster a positive, adaptable work environment by embracing new initiatives and leading with a “can-do” attitude.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic retail management position.
- Strong people management skills and effective communication abilities.
- A proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Hands-on experience in stock management, financial reporting, and relevant management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and an aptitude for reading and analyzing reports.
