About the Role:
As a Social Worker in this service, you will:

Provide person-centred social work support to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Conduct assessments, develop support plans, and coordinate services to promote independence, well-being, and social inclusion.

Advocate for service users to ensure their rights and needs are fully met.

Collaborate closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.

Engage in ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and case supervision.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Social Worker (CORU registration required or pending).

Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, community services, or care settings.

Strong assessment, communication, and advocacy skills.

Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
