Main Purpose of role:
To provide a social work service for service users, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to support and maximise their quality of life and to ensure agreed multidisciplinary care plans are implemented.
Requirements:
- Be registered on the Social Worker Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU.
- Hold a degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification and be eligible for membership with the Irish Association of Social Workers.
- Experience carrying own caseload
- Irish working rights due to immediate start
