About the Role:
As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through complex challenges. You’ll be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, advocating for clients, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs

Develop and implement client-centred support plans

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and statutory services

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional and legal standards
Essential Requirements:

Degree in Social Work and Active CORU registration

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full clean drivers license and access to own vehicle
