An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager
to join a leading BIM-enabled Main Contractor, delivering prestigious, high-value projects across multiple sectors. This is a career-defining role within an expanding, highly regarded team.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Site Management or similar.
- Minimum 5 years in a Site Manager role with a proven record of delivering projects on time and to the highest standards
- Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of building practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience in fit-out and finishes(hotels/residential) desirable
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily site operations
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation
- Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Ensure all works meet statutory, contractual, and quality standards
