The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee construction projects across the Mid-West region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Implement and enforce health & safety protocols in line with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily site records and provide progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks across all project phases.
About You
- At least 5 year’s experience in a Site Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or fit-out projects in Ireland.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
- Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable:
- Construction-related degree or trade background.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential, commercial, or fit-out projects.
