Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager
to join my client’s team and take a leadership role in managing site operations in Galway. This position requires a proactive professional with a strong background in RC frame and fit-out projects, capable of driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Contracts Manager and deliver all duties as assigned.

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and subcontractors.

Lead and manage all industrial relations matters on site.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and contractual commitments.

Implement and maintain workplace Health & Safety systems, including adherence to company safety manuals.

Drive performance and ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing construction sites.

Strong track record in RC frame and fit-out projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across project teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, health and safety standards, and quality management processes.
