I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, for a fantastic main contractor. You’ll manage staff, subcontractors, and logistics, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Project locations vary however the majority will be located in Dublin, Midlands and Tipperary. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager that is comfortable with travel.
What You’ll Do

Report to the Project / Contracts Manager with weekly & monthly updates

Lead, manage, and motivate site teams and subcontractors

Plan and coordinate site programmes, resources, and logistics

Ensure work is carried out to the latest drawings, specs & regulations
-
Maintain high standards of health, safety, environment & quality (SHEQ)
-
Oversee induction, toolbox talks, permits, RAMS & inspections
-
Work closely with the QS on cost control and commercial matters

Monitor quality and propose design or process improvements

Maintain accurate progress records, photos, and reports(Procore or similar)

Attend and contribute to progress meetings
What I'm Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction

Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple teams

Excellent understanding of H&S procedures, RAMS & permits

Confident in reading drawings, managing programmes & solving issues

Commercially aware, with experience working alongside QS teams
-
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in the Irish construction sector
- Full Irish driving licence
