Role Overview:
The Site Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring efficient management and adherence to processes and procedures. This role is critical in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while strictly following Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols. For larger or complex projects, the Site Manager may work within a broader team or assume responsibility for managing multiple sites. The role will sit in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and assign tasks to personnel and subcontractors.

Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth progress according to project timelines and quality expectations.

Monitor performance of site staff and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and address any non-compliance issues.

Inspect and review work to ensure it meets design specifications and resolve any quality issues swiftly.

Oversee procurement and efficient use of materials, equipment, and labour while maintaining inventory controls.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, providing regular updates.
