About the Role
Our client, a leading main contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting new construction project in Clonmel.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality project from the ground up while joining a forward-thinking team that values collaboration and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure smooth daily operations
Manage workforce levels and maintain accurate site diaries
Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver on time, within budget, and to high standards
Enforce Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
Requisition materials and coordinate deliveries
Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Identify process improvements while maintaining compliance and safety
Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager (main contractor experience preferred)
Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background
Experienced in delivering projects from start to completion
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Self-motivated, Attention to detail, and proactive
Solid knowledge of construction practices, standards, and regulations
