Key Responsibilities

Manage on-site labour and sub-contractors.

Liaise with the Production Facility.

Accurately measure and assess contract progress and completion.

Monitor project progress in line with targeted outcomes, quality standards, contract specifications, and client expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact with client site supervision staff on a day-to-day basis.

Maintain detailed daily site diaries covering labour and plant on site.
-
Agree on contract measures and ensure timely billing of works.
-
Monitor the financial performance of all assigned projects.

Comply fully with Health & Safety policies, procedures, and systems, reporting hazards and incidents, and ensuring safe working practices at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
-
Third level qualification in Engineering or Construction (Level 8 preferred).

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant post-graduate experience.
