I'm currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a busy team in Athlone, Co. Westmeath
This is a Temporary, 6 months contract role, with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update any records and databases as required

Liaise with subcontractors to gather the latest documentation, including training records, safety statements, insurance certificates

Monitor site training records and liaise with the Safety Officer regarding any discrepancies.

Assist with obtaining Safety Data Sheets from suppliers of materials as required.

Record and present expenditure to date for analysis by Engineers
-
Summarise expenditure against specific suppliers and purchase orders, presenting findings to the Engineers
-
Update the procurement register weekly.

Liaise with other team members regarding PO numbers for suppliers.
-
Manage and update the Contracts Register as needed.
-
Manage multiple price competitions using specifications and supplier lists provided by Engineers.

Manage delivery dockets
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Site Administrator, Site Clerk, or Document Controller role within the construction industry.

Experience in data entry and administrative support, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and support functions.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
