ServiceNow Project Manager / SCRUM Master

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager / SCRUM Master to join a leading global business. This is an exciting opportunity to drive Agile delivery and manage large-scale ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ServiceNow team as SCRUM Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and more.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow Platform Owner, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Track project progress, sprint velocity, and milestones using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Remove project impediments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on dependencies and deliverables.
- Oversee M&A integration efforts, managing the onboarding of new business units into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a SCRUM Master role.
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects or working closely with ServiceNow teams.
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and platform capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) and project management principles.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
