About the Role:
We are hiring a motivated ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
to deliver high-quality technical solutions across a growing portfolio of ServiceNow projects. You will be hands-on with platform administration, development, and reporting, supporting both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customise, and extend ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and AngularJS.
- Administer core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Integration Hub, and Service Portal components.
- Test, debug, and validate solutions to ensure high quality and accuracy.
- Produce clear documentation and track work progress in agile project environments.
- Analyse data, produce reports, and support decision-making through insights.
Required:
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with ITSM Pro, CSM Pro, CMDB, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in database design principles (ERD, normalisation, indexing)
Desirable:
- ITIL 4 Foundation is a plus
- Logical, detail-oriented thinker with strong initiative
- Excellent communication skills across diverse teams
- Willingness to experiment with new approaches and technologies
