Service & Sales Performance Coach – Dublin Airport

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving team success? We're looking for a dynamic Service & Sales Performance Coach to lead and inspire frontline teams. In this customer-facing leadership role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enhancing service delivery, boosting sales performance, and creating a positive and rewarding environment for both customers and staff.

You’ll lead by example—actively engaging with customers while coaching and developing your team to achieve and exceed performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and exceed personal and team sales targets through active customer engagement and service excellence.

  • Coach and develop team members to improve sales techniques and achieve revenue goals.

  • Lead by example to maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.

  • Mentor team members to enhance accountability, skills, and overall performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with company processes and procedures across all operations.

  • Work closely with the operations team to maintain optimal vehicle availability for customer demand.

  • Drive performance in vehicle upgrades, focusing on conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

  • Train staff to deliver service-led upgrade conversations, enhancing both the customer experience and sales results.

  • Oversee accurate completion of rental agreements and compliance with underwriting procedures.

  • Maintain high standards of security for vehicles, premises, and sensitive information.

  • Promote a clean, professional, and welcoming work environment.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a positive, safety-conscious workplace culture.

  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by management.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years (preferred).

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • 40-hour working week, Monday to Sunday.

  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating teams.

  • Strong background in sales and customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • A hands-on approach to coaching, with the ability to inspire high performance.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, particularly during peak business periods.
