Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry
Working Hours: Mon-Friday, 8:30-5pm/9am–5.30pm
Salary: €30k - €35k
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Service Advisor to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, or repair.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Assist customers with booking service and repair appointments
- Support the preparation and explanation of job cards, estimates, and invoices
- Communicate with workshop staff to ensure accurate information is relayed to customers
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
- Promote additional services, maintenance plans, and seasonal offers
- Handle customer queries and resolve minor issues under guidance from senior staff
- Maintain accurate customer records and data entry using dealership systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
