The Role
My client, a well established business within the Automotive industry is seeking an experienced Services Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in Naas, Kildare.
As Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all service-related administration.
Tasks & Duties
- Take ownership of job pack administration by preparing, processing, and scanning Retail, Warranty, and Contract documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive results by raising and processing invoices/claims, achieving monthly targets, and resolving queries quickly and professionally.
- Keep things organised by maintaining and updating customer and vehicle records to the highest standard.
- Play a key role in audits by preparing documentation and supporting warranty, contract, and retail compliance checks.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth and timely processing of all job packs.
- Make an impact with reporting by running daily invoicing reports, creating weekly/monthly insights, and monitoring KPIs and trends to support business performance.
- Get involved in warranty and contract administration, including the management and control of parts-related claims.
- Be adaptable and supportive by covering CVRT and CSR duties when needed, and contributing to other tasks that help the team succeed.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- Motor trade experience: Previous experience in this role is essential and must be from the motor industry. Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles; claim handling experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused communicator: Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively and provide outstanding service.
- Highly organised & detail-oriented: Meticulous and inquisitive to ensure accuracy in invoices, records, and administrative tasks.
- Proactive & self-motivated: A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
- Deadline & priority management: Flexible approach with the ability to work efficiently under challenging timelines.
- Strong IT & technical skills: Confident in using digital tools and systems to support smooth operations and reporting.
