Senior Systems Analyst (HRIS) : Kilkenny, Kildare, Carlow, Waterford
I am working with a leading Multinational who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Systems Analyst (HRIS) for their Irish operational hub.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
System Implementation & Integration
- Lead the technical implementation and integration of the HRIS system.
- Act as the main liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks, issues, and requirements during project planning.
- Support project managers in documentation and testing processes.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment, and end-user training.
- Provide technical and application support for HRIS and integrated systems (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance).
System Maintenance & Innovation
- Oversee daily HRIS operations, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system settings.
- Maintain and document system changes, testing plans, and training materials.
- Prioritize and manage system enhancement requests.
- Develop and maintain upgrade, patching, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Oversee vendor performance and manage escalations.
- Design HR-focused workflows to improve process efficiency.
User Support & Training
- Provide troubleshooting, support, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
- Deliver training, communications, and change management support.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
