We are partnering with a leading provider of community-based disability services to recruit a Senior Speech & Language Therapist for a full-time, permanent opportunity working with children and young people aged 0–18 with complex needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-supported interdisciplinary team, working within a family-centred model that values professional autonomy, reflective practice, and collaborative care.
Your Role:
As a Senior SLT, you will:

Provide high-quality assessment and intervention to children with complex needs.

Work closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful outcomes.

Collaborate within an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Contribute to clinical leadership and service development initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
-
Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
-
CORU registered
-
Dysphagia-trained
-
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an SLT
-
At least 6–12 months of experience in a paediatric disability setting

Full clean driver’s licence and access to own transport

Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
Desirable:

Experience with children/young people with complex disabilities and/or autism

Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
