Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Salary: €61,424 – €72,325* (*DOE, in line with public sector pay scales)

We are partnering with a leading provider of community-based disability services to recruit a Senior Speech & Language Therapist for a full-time, permanent opportunity working with children and young people aged 0–18 with complex needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-supported interdisciplinary team, working within a family-centred model that values professional autonomy, reflective practice, and collaborative care.

Your Role:

As a Senior SLT, you will:

  • Provide high-quality assessment and intervention to children with complex needs.

  • Work closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful outcomes.

  • Collaborate within an experienced interdisciplinary team.

  • Contribute to clinical leadership and service development initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy

  • CORU registered

  • Dysphagia-trained

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as an SLT

  • At least 6–12 months of experience in a paediatric disability setting

  • Full clean driver’s licence and access to own transport

  • Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland

Desirable:

  • Experience with children/young people with complex disabilities and/or autism

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
