Key responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Social Workers, supporting their development.

Take a key role in safeguarding, advocacy, and family support.

Carry out high-quality assessments and contribute to individualised plans.

Work closely with colleagues across health, education, and community networks.

Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and professional guidelines.
Requirements:

CORU registration as a Social Worker.

3+ years’ post-qualification experience, with some supervisory or senior exposure.

Strong safeguarding knowledge (Children First, adult protection).

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

A full driver’s licence and access to a car.
