Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Social Worker
to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will:

Lead and support the delivery of high-quality social work services within intellectual disability services.

Provide professional supervision and guidance to team members.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, and external agencies to promote best outcomes.

Contribute to service development and the implementation of national policy standards.
Requirements
- CORU registration as a Social Worker (essential)
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally within disability or related services
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to person-centred and rights-based approaches
