The Opportunity - Senior Sales Executive
- Drive new business development by identifying and securing opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
- Leverage existing relationships to unlock new revenue streams and maximize repeat business.
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, increasing wallet share and deepening partnerships.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Deliver detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full product range, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years' proven success in sales or business development, within the construction or building materials industry - ESSENTIAL
- A strong, Active Ledger of Industry contacts ready to engage.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset — able to spot opportunities and develop winning strategies.
