Senior Quantity Surveyor – Kilkenny
Due to continued growth & development our client is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor ideally based in their head office in Kilkenny.
The role would involve managing the Surveying function of their allocated projects for the company who specialise in the delivery of both modular on & off-site construction services on some of Europe’s largest, most complex high-tech projects.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and approving the contract documents and providing support to the financial controller and directors.
Preparation of cost reports to the Client.
Monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments.
Managing and forecasting the cash flow of the project.
Requirements:
Third level professional qualification required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
